Live fish will be sent via overnight carriage.

Maximum TEN fish per box.

First box charged at £30

Then £20 thereafter.

Arrival date for fish delivery must be discussed between us and the customer before any delivery is planned, via our contacts page.

This is to take your address, phone number details and discuss the arrival date and safe place for delivery.

​We will not send fish out in hot weather.

This will ensure the safety of the fish. 

Any fish that are DOA must have video taken, while still in the sealed bag to show they did arrive DOA.

Otherwise the request for a refund is void.​

Food postage is free and will be posted the next working day,

arriving in 2-3 working days.​

All deliveries will be signed/recorded.
